Is it the same for a TOS for the online service's?EULA's are not legally binding, they are basically toilet paper in an actual court here in the EU. It's just another way to make you fall in line and do nothing out of fear because the EULA said so.
So, can the EU folks go ahead and sue these folks, please? Does a "class action" lawsuit exist there? Or, has that already happened?
