My upload went from 1000mbps to 30mbps and I don't know why. Any clues?

I have 2 rigs. Both have the z790 Aorus Master board connected to the same network router. How could it be that my main rig gets the full 1000 upload but the other one only does 30? Please help me trouble shoot this rig. Thanks.
 
did you swap cables to see if the issues follows the cable?
 
Zepher, SamirD, Thank you both for responding. I couldn't wait and just reinstalled Win 11 64 and it is back up to 1000 up and 1000 down. Not sure what the issue was but I always have everything saved so i can do a super fast reload on Win 11. Thank you again for your responses.
 
Glad you were able to fix it! I'd image that setup whenever you get a chance so if it happens again you can just quickly restore it and get back to it. :)
