App Auto rotates despite it being turned off systemwide

Pixel 7 pro android 13 current July security update and June Google play services. Anyone else having this problem?

Unfortunately, this is a bug with XenForo; it will be patched in the next update, hopefully in a few weeks.

That turned into many months lol but it's been fixed sometime last month or the one before.
