Right now the driver package and Nvidia App are still totally separate. You can install the normal drivers without PhysX/Audio/GFE/etc. The App's a separate download. It asks you if you want the Studio or Gaming drivers and it asks if you want the overlay on at least if you answer that you want...

It's still there, but it does ask you if you want the overlay on when you're installing the Nvidia app. The old GFE had it on by default, but the new app lets you choose.

I've been using the app a little bit more for making individual edits to game settings. For instance, Fallout 76 doesn't like when you limit your FPS, which I have universally set to 117. The app makes that easier than the older control panel. I don't really need it, but the performance booster...

I knew it was made quickly, I was more surprised it was your favorite. It's usually the odd-man-out with fans of BG and Neverwinter loving the original while MMO fans flocked to 3.

Unfortunately I need something smaller overall, not a large object that becomes less large. The Flip is ideal on paper...but Samsung (n). I've sworn off Samsung phones forever. If Google doesn't ever make a clamshell/flip phone then I'll wait for Apple if I have to.

Really? Wow. I think it was pretty clearly finished quickly. There were only like 3 dungeons and they repeated over and over again with the doors in different places.

Bah, this is annoying. I've been using this trick for years at work and it's the easiest and most convenient way to do it. Plus, in spite of our company email accounts being 365 accounts, MS doesn't consider 'em to be Microsoft accounts.

That's what they were saying in the breakdown. Still seems pointless to me. It's up there with fighting game plots. "XXX is a badass XXX specialist who came from XXX and wants to be the best fighter in the world by winning this tournament."

The strangest thing about this was that they did a bunch of world building in the little vignette. Then you see the actual game and it's an arena shooter that doesn't need a plot. I was hoping for some kind of space RPG and they hit me with the exact opposite.
