Ubuntu on epia m10000?

Does this system have enough horsepower to run Ubuntu reasonably well? Is 256 megs enough ram?
I looked into the epiOS but it doesn't look as polished as ubuntu.

All depends on what you are trying to run on top of ubuntu. If you want to use it as a basic machine(surf the net, type a paper, etc) then it should be fine.
