question about underclocking ram and cas latencies

im running my 2.4C @ 3.2 right now on stock voltages at a 3:2 ratio which puts my ram at 180mhz


@200mhz the ram wont run at spec'd latencies ( 2-6-3-3)

@180mhz is there a better change ill be able to run at those latencies?
 
What RAM are you using anyways? I'm gonna guess its PC3200 at least. If you can't run 2-3-3-6 at 200MHz i somewhat doubt your going to run it at 180MHz ither. If its not able to run its spec'd timings for default speeds you should send the RAM back for replacement.
 
well after reading some other situations like mine i dont think the ram can run those specs in Dual Channel mode


even though the package was two matched pairs, that kinda ticks me off
