Are the male characters' faces designed to pander to a tiny minority of mouth breathers and distracting enough to break the immersion of the game? If not, more power to you as well. Frankly I play games to escape reality, not to have someone else's politics and ideology shoved in my face.

Very true, but I do think that it impacts the prospects of sequels when there is a poor reception from these useless hacks. Just look at Days Gone, has sold over 9 million copies and was a damn good game, but Sony refused to greenlight a sequel...

Price is a different issue but Samsung is one of the scummiest tech companies in existence and treats their customers like garbage. Generally I avoid Samscum at all costs unless there are no viable alternatives, and I certainly would not buy anything from them direct.
I picked this up for around $5 recently and am 9 hours into it. The art and aesthetics are timeless, so it still looks beautiful on PC especially if you appreciate Studio Ghibli's influence. Story and gameplay wise I am enjoying it so far.
