Sadly I remember when 4g came out. They switched our tower to say "4g" but it was more Edge speeds. I even confirmed it with a CS Rep while discussing another issue.
Damn I'd love a pair of these. Hell that + Glaucoma (yah yah I know a "remedy" for that) + Lazy eye...ugh.
I'd like some...enhancements with mine though. ;)
I was about to post a question concerning the X470 and its USB ports (as I'm having similar issues mothman with my X370. Gigabyte too). I know folks have said to load the windows 7 USB drivers or increase the SOC (sp?) voltage. I was also thinking it was just a Gigabyte issue. I mean the...
Yah I took it off (and RGB Fusion of course). Haven't really had any problems since. Though I did try a later version of RGB Fusion and I think I experienced the corrupted bios issue. Had to switch to the backup bios, then switch back and reflash. Think I've deemed it stable enough...may...
You are not a big boy Kyle :P I am for sure though. Most Big and Tall chairs I still exceed the weight limit. That said, I might look into this chair. My biggest thing is always how long will the cushions last in it.
The T.B.RGB fans would help my case kind of pop, ya know? Removable fans would bring a tear to my eye when cleaning. Plus that PSU I could put in a couple other PCs I have (or even resurrect another PC).
Alright so after a month of my Ryzen build...I'm starting to have issues. Going to go from recent to in the beginning:
Just earlier today, just idling in Windows...the screen went blank and my keyboard and mouse went dark. Wonderful. Reboot and it's OK. Though the system does seem sluggish...
Quick question: Did you guys run into an issue with the USB drivers in Windows 10? As in are they supposed to be marked as Microsoft or really really from AMD? Reason why is I'm trying to determine if my USB issues (ports shutting down) are board or driver related. I currently switched one...
I pulled the trigger:
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X (happened to be the same price as the 1700 so why not)
Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming K7
16GB G.Skill Flare X DDR4-2400 (for now)
Corsair Hydro H110i Extreme
I checked. All compatible so I should be good to go. The Intel build will just be moved to the den...
I think I will stick with the K5 (K7 a little too much honestly). I will also drop the RGB ram and just go with the Flare X. Then again...K7 is tempting...
Sounds like the H50 needs to be retired....well it won't be retired as I'll transfer the i5 to the den pc. I'll grab a beefier one (NZXT or Corsair or.....)
So yah think for my birthday present...I'm rebuilding my system. I know the i5-3570k would still last me a good bit...I still feel the need for an upgrade
With that in mind...I'm going to get:
Ryzen 1700 or 1700X (depending on what's on sale)
G.Skill TridentZ RGB 16GB DDR4 2400
Annd here...
Hehe I ordered the NZXT Switch 810 from Warehouse Deals a few years ago. Description said that the package had a hole in it but contents were fine. Ok I'll bite. Get the case, yah there's the hole. Open it up...hole through the case's side window too. Sigh. In the end it got fixed and I...
Maxtor...man...haven't heard that name in ages. Think I MAY still have one somewhere in storage.
Speaking of wich, Newegg has the HGST Desktar 3TB for 110 at the moment. Need to kind of expand my server anyway....
I'll have to try these when I get home. I had some strange corruption in No Man's Sky after the Pathfinder update. Yes I still fool around with that game :P
Archaea as far as resolution that can be done via HDMI (as I'm currently at that res @ 75hz...unless I'm still cheating myself LOL).
Face2Face: As far as I can tell: no image issues. Everything seems sturdy EXCEPT the buttons on the back. Some feel like they're starting to stick or they...
Ok...so I picked this monitor up on eBay (refurb, didn't come w/ VESA mount nor the DP cable but eh). My question is: Do I REALLY need to use DP for Freesync or since I am running the latest Crimson Reborn drivers (17.2.1) I can skate by with HDMI? (If I overlooked it in this thread then I'm...
Oddly I still do because occasionally I get folks that want their pictures on a DVD or something like that. Hmm...$30 that will turn into 3 bucks probably but...(signs up anyway).
Edit:
(Note that while Panasonic DVD drives are covered, Panasonic computers are not eligible, and half the US is...
