You buy the key and download the ISO direct from Microsoft.
Can burn a DVD or a USB stick using Microsoft's "Media Creation Tool"

Ok, great! Just looking to make a physical copy because I will need it when I purchase my rig!
 
Also, I just found out that I can upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10 for free! Does anyone know what version of Windows 10 it is?
 
If You have Win 7 Home it will update to Win !0 Home, If You have Win 7 Pro or Ultimate it will update to Win 10 Pro. Also you should know that update is 32 bit to 32 bit & 64 bit to 64 bit, Can not do Win 7 32 bit to Win 10 64 bit!
If your Win 7 is OEM you can not reuse it on your new build as it is locked to the hardware it was originally installed on. Must be retail version to reuse!
"ickywu" gets $22 for Win 10 Pro SuperKey that you use with a download of the latest version (build: 1809) of Windows 10. Seems like a no-brainer to me to avoid all the hassle of going thru the Install 7-upgrade to 10-update 10 for hours1
