geez, tried every mouse imaginable. from the kensington roller balls, to the microsoft trackballs (featured my hand and mouse on lanparty.com even), to razers. right now, i'm using logitech. sure, i can do a review. if it pwns, i'd be a convert. if it sucks, i'll send it back (in little fragged...
think this was around that time 2001 - the one before that i ran games on was a dual P3 i think (so the single cpu should have been the 2000+ which i know i replaced them with.
this brings back pleasant memories. living in san francisco, i remember the 'viral' campaign AMD put out, the 'AMD Experience' which started out there in a parking lot at like 6 AM in the morning promising a 2000+ processor and motherboard to the first 100 - no one really believed it. i hardly...
been using Corsair memory for i think now, almost 20 years. others cherry pick and sell you out of spec chips that will fail with months. Corsairs have always been solid.
when i built a rig for my daughter i chose a rock solid Corsair PSU based on what i had experienced with their memory...
omg?!! now how am i going to find the best deal among 200 computer builders for that 386DX system and the 14" CRT monitor i am coveting so much?
sigh...bought many of my earliest systems off that magazine :(

i can confirm it will not fit in my stacker 830 evo without pulling out the tray. i did though put on a Sunon 120mm x 38mm fan with a fan controller (cable led out through the water cooling holes). exact fit and it runs VERY cool. the fan is backed up all the way to the backplate and no need for...
i cant tell shipping from outside LA. it was around $8 to here. but they shipped same day and i got it the next. so mebbe its a good deal for SoCal folks.
on the size question, i have a coolermaster stacker cm830 evo case. the side panels are the grilles. and i had to remove the 4 fan tray and i have around 3/4" clearance left. so yes, its huge. guess estimate would be 120mm from top to the heat pipes and another 1 1/4 inch from the heatpipes down...
i had the same question on the fans when i ordered and wasn't optimistic.
but it arrived yesterday and yes, it has the fan (LED version) in the box. nice deal, with tax and shipping it was $40. which isn't bad at all.
i am considering another one right now for my game rig #2.
