Out of the blue my whole computer monitor screen goes black then says no signal. Why? What could be the issue? It can happen at any time. Demanding and not demanding times. Also my fans go really fast or spin really fast after the screen goes black and says no signal. I believe it stays this...

I know the processor is slow. All it is right now for me is a local file server mostly. Plus local media streaming to tvs and pcs for video. Does my 18 GB of ram/memory make it more comparable to do anything else?

Here is one you do not have to sign up for. Local saved cities. It has 2 million population. It works but cars and trains move very slowly so simulation speed is glitched/too much even for my fastest cpu. Have a feeling it will do the same on you alls but I could be wrong. CPU usage is 100%...
