    My left foot feels fine. Wearing my old shoes I still feel it a little bit on my right food, but I don't know if that is residual pain. Or maybe it's just a light sprain but I can't remember doing that.

    I got new shoes and noticed that I have a bruise like feeling right below my ankle on my right foot. No issue with my left foot. Would it be reasonable to think that since it's just one foot then it's probably not the shoes?
