I RMA'd an RTX 3090 with Zotac a few years ago. Process was painless. Their GPUs don't seem to be among the higher tier, however. If you can get it for $1,312.00 it's probably worth the gamble though.
If you want 12GB of VRAM on a budget, you can't go wrong here.
Considering a 3060 12GB is still about $290 and this obliterates a 3060: I think this is very warm to lowercase hot, in the current market.
$295 after code NPB98...
I prefer to just sell computer gear locally via Craigslist. I get money right away, and never have to interact with the person ever again. I only sell items in excellent condition, so I'm never worried about being contacted again by the buyer...
If there is anyone who is using an Asus X670E Extreme mobo + Arctic Liquid Freezer III (3), I'd appreciate your experiences. I'm trying to sort out once and for all if there is a compatibility issue with this hardware or not. Now, Arctic...
I'm betting that Arctic is going to release a version 2 of the Freezer 3 at some point. Not that it really helps you much now, but it sounds like some optimizations can be made to improve mounting as well as compatibility across a few mobos.
I'm also still on a 10900K and have been wanting to upgrade. I'm holding out for the 9800X3D or 9950X3D, if AMD puts 3DVache on both CCDs.
My 10900K is finally starting to FEEL slow in everyday tasks, and I'll be turning into a dedicated...
This man gets it. The 7900X3D has all of the drawbacks of the 7950X3D, but can't even beat the 7800X3D in gaming.
It needs to be priced around $300 for it to be a tempting option.
Since these chips came out, 7900x3D has made no sense and still makes no sense. There is a reason they're slashing prices. I suppose if they go low enough its still "good" in a general sense but compared to its siblings.. meh.
Would the power savings even come close to the extra $160.00 in cost between the two?
Just undervolt the 14900K for similar performance and save money at the same time.
Yeah, there seems to be a lot of cash wasted on that build that's not adding to performance or features.
$190.00 for a B650 motherboard is crazy. If you want to spend that kind of money you're better off getting an X670 for $209.99, or save...
AMD RX 7900 GRE review: the best AMD GPU this generation ???
Ray tracing is still Nvidia’s game, but the RX 7900 GRE has enough chops to keep up with Nvidia’s offerings around this price. You’re giving up some ray tracing performance, but you’re...
