Im usin a x48 P5E Deluxe ( Rampage Formula Lite as i like to call it) with the rampage formula 0410 bios to oc my q6600 G0 to 3.3ghz. Was very easy. The x48 also needs less NB voltage increase while overclocking compared to the p45 and x38 from my experience. The p45 is cheaper tho

From what i've read while reasearching which components to purchase, single 12v rails tend have less ripple compared and much higher amp output compared to two 12v rails. So unless ur a high end power user, typically the # of rails does not matter.
