I graduated high school in 2008, right after the first iPhone was released, prior to that cell phones had to be in lockers and if you were caught with it in class, teacher had right to take it away and give it to the principal. Even then, everybody had flip phones so you really couldn't do much...
I'm not a power user but I haven't really noticed a difference performance wise between 10 and 11.
Anyone wanna educate me on how 11 is inferior to 10? Being serious here.
I work for DoD, in the past few months all machines were pushed to Windows 11. There's like a million...
I bought this brand new from Lenovo last year, 9/2023, and since then I've used it probably 10 times. Battery probably only has a handful of charges. Laptop still looks brand new, no wear on the keyboard at all and is virtually scratch/blemish free. Will be shipped in original box and copy of...
Just like when music went entirely digital like 15-20 years ago, CDs are practically dead. Everyone is regretting supporting that decision since music giants have been revoking access left and right.
Oh wait....
I have a huge Blu-ray and DVD library but in the past few years I've been adding to my digital collection. So much more convenient IMO. I regularly look for $5 deals for my favorite movies on slickdeals and I'm almost to the point where most of what I physically own is digitally owned.

Nvidia 4070 FE - $475 SOLDDDD
Bought this in june of this year. Used it I think a month. Has been collecting dust in my basement, forgot I had it. Original box and I'll include the original receipt in case you need to warranty it...
I have a 4090 and use DLSS whenever it's available. I've been playing the new cyberpunk update and its pretty legit. Personally, I never really could tell the difference between DLSS/DLAA and native resolution. I play BF 2042 and use DLSS and can't tell the difference either.
Anecdotal evidence...
In my opinion, the fact that a 4090 is pushing 400w and takes up 3 card slots is enough of a brick wall. I'd rather DLSS technology improve than have a 500w card in my machine that takes up 4 slots and requires a cane to hold it up. I don't see Nvidia improving rasterization in the near future...
I’ve got :
Razer Blade 17 Gaming Laptop: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti - 12th Gen Intel 14-Core i7 CPU - 17.3" QHD 240Hz - 32GB DDR5 RAM - 1TB PCIe SSD - Windows 11 - Chroma RGB - Thunderbolt 4 - SD Card Reader
I’d let it go for $1600, bought it from Amazon august 2022, used sparingly, no greasy...
I'm a federal employee here in DC. Got directed to return to office 3 days per week a few months ago, which is fine for me, but it almost seems pointless because everyone migrated to teams meetings instead of in person meetings. So I go into the office to attend meetings virtually......... I...

I just picked up an open box powercolor 7900 xtx for $750 from MC today.
Does anyone want it? I picked it up with no intention of using it but to pass it off to an [H] member
I take paypal, heatware in sig.
Ended up with 3 of these codes, I think you'll need an AMD card to redeem. I can help redeem since I have a new 7900 xtx.
$30 FF please.

As a data scientist, I see ChatGPT being a failed product that doesn't really solve real world problems.
I tried using it for scripting statistical/mathmatical models etc.. for my job and I would say 80-90% of the time, it did not work without me having to edit the scripts myself. It provides a...
I'm a data scientist here in DC (Hint hint wink)
Even if you have never owned a cellphone, never owned a smart device, never sent an email, never had technology etc. There is still data on you.
Also, the data that these big tech have, isn't really personally identifiable as you mentioned.
