Zepher is pretty good, Volt and Gauss are fast on the ground, and Titania is a literal flyer. Oh, Wukong can also to the 'turn into a fast cloud' thing. Many options!
On the fingerprint scanner- do you work with your hands much? I find that if I'm using degreaser or solvents I need to use some lotions / bag balm / whatever. Makes the fingerprint reader work much better (after I work it in). Plus the wife unit prefers non-cracked hands . :ROFLMAO:
Really rough rule- DPI = dots per inch (like you said). It should mean less GPU and power to run lower DPI, and bigger text. But there is also the issue of DPI being partly invalidated by display types (like pentile), and marketing (the real evil).
I feel moving to UE5+ is going to help them immeasurably, the tools should speed up development and prevent about half of the issues we saw early in CP2077.

My MiL asked 'why watercool' after the latest build. I thought a second and admitted it's really just for fun these days. It's gotten much easier, but also less needed.
Def. hit up Nexus mods- there are many great additions, and a few RT things that can really improve framerate with RT (the Nvidia / AMD mod is crazy, and works pretty well)
So very this. I swear this game is pulling off things that Chris Roberts is still only talking about 'someday'. (SC is shaping up to also be insane, but that's a different game & thread). I'm also probably the weirdo that wishes there were more abandoned planets (less ship traffic and what...
(I might be wrong) I believe it's HL1 redone in modern(~ish) Source engine. That ans minor tweaks to the game, and the final chapter being fleshed out to a full level instead of a 5 minute run.
Seems like a very small project. I heard about it 6~ish years ago and lost hope. But I stumbled on that video saying that they are looking for a late '24 release. I'm legit excited for this. I love weird (hello Pacific Drive) games.
