I was just looking at this gpu. So then $300 is a good price for that 6750?? My son mainly plays online games like Fortnite and some other racing game. It would be paired with an i7 9770 cpu if that matters.
That's my only worry. It's a mAtx board and case so I have to be careful on size of the gpu. Although my case is a full sized, so if I'd doesn't fit his, It'd fit just fine in mine.
It's an old Nvidia gtx960. He mainly plays Fortnite online and it seems to be handling it well enough. I just don't want to get to the point where I HAVE to buy one so I'm trying to stay ahead of the game- no pun intended. 😁
I know this probably been asked a million times, but thoughts on used gpu's? My son need a new-ish gpu and someone is selling a Radeon 6650xt on marketplace for $220. From what I've read, this is a good mid-tier gpu. Is this a good price and what are your experiences buying used?
I'm looking to buy an Intel socket lga1151 micro atx board in good shape. Doesn't have to be fancy but inexpensive is good. I've been having problems with an old build and I need to swap motherboards.
Finally got around to putting my build together and ran into a problem. It turns on but I cannot get it to post. I'm trying to load Windows 10 from a thumb drive but after a few minutes, all I get is the screen in the picture. I've removed ram, tried only one stick, removed/reinstalled hdd, and...
My minimum processor state is 75% and my max is 100%(on battery). This is why I can't understand why with no load it's running about 75% but then drops to 34% when stressing. I'll take a look at the bios also.
Ok, just ran cpu stress test with task manager open and while on battery my max cpu usage only goes to 34%, but when plugged in it does go to 100%. I've checked my power management settings and I have minimum set to 75% and max at 100%. What's strange is right now with nothing running, cpu...
